The views were stunning, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The short walk around the lake was a pleasant activity. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a nearby place called Kit Hill for dog owners to enjoy a lovely walk.
The cleanliness of the cottage left much to be desired, with cobwebs and an infestation of flies during our stay. This issue became so unbearable that we were forced to cut our Christmas vacation short.

A relaxing stay in a comfortable cottage set in a very tranquil environment. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable with good facilities within. We loved the views over the lakes and the diverse wildlife around the hotel. The location was perfect, offering peacefulness while still being easily accessible to the local town. The only minor drawbacks were the uncomfortable bed, low water pressure in the showers, and the lack of WiFi in the building. these did not hinder our overall enjoyment and we would highly recommend this place. a wonderful stay at Lakeview Cottage.
